After coaching at seven different collegiate programs Coach Alamo started his own training development program over a decade ago.  Baseball Velocity School was born. 

We have helped thousands of players reach their potential through our core beliefs & principles:

✅ We focus on one area and one area only.  Player development in an immersive complete program that exponentially grows players mentally and physically.  We do not offer walk-ins, rentals, random lessons, teams or anything else except for our complete development program. 

✅ All of our coaches and support staff are FULL time.  Laser focused on each player as their career mission.  No dabblers, part-time or off-season coaches here! 

✅ Development goals center around the PLAYERS' goals.  No other agenda, but to help each player reach THEIR goals.

✅ Our players reach maximum velocity gains, but our primary focus is arm health and building up a strong foundation and structure.  We DO NOT use weighted balls to achieve our exponential velocity gains. 

✅ We place a heavy emphasis on mindset, mental game, and goal setting.  We have an entire component dedicated to this area.  

✅ This program is not the right fit for most players.  The average player wants quick fixes, to put in little work, and to well...be average.  Our culture is everything and we only work with hard-working, motivated, dedicated players. 

✅ We believe players should have the very best training environment and facility.  Our players train in our private all-indoor AC & Heat Facility.  It is a player-only environment during training so players can focus and train at the very highest level.  We are NOT an indoor facility.  We are a training program WITH our very own facility.   

✅ High school players should get the very best opportunities to attract college attention and have a plan to reach their highest velocities and have a growth plan to reach those goals. 

✅ Middle school players should get the very best training and development that is specifically for that age group. Unique terminology that helps them relate and learn quickly and motivation foundations that keeps them hungry to keep growing as a player.
